EGYPT, Alexandria. Marcus Aurelius. AD 161-180. Æ Drachm (31mm, 23.52 g, 12h). Dated RY 7 (AD 166/7). Laureate head right / Marcus Aurelius standing left, sacrificing over altar to left, being crowned by Virtus standing left, holding spear and wreath; L Z (date) in exergue. Köln -; cf. Dattari (Savio) 9222 (different date); K&G -. Fine, brown surfaces, some green and earthen deposits in the recesses. Very rare.
